What is brief coaching?
Brief coaching: a lighter, more agile way to practice coaching
Brief coaching allows for a variety of usages that traditional coaching doesn't cover. At Tirezio, we practice brief coaching based on the kedo methodology. This is typically done in 10-20 minutes conversations called "bubbles", either over the phone or in collective coaching workshops.

Kedo has a few interesting particularities. It has been designed to help address systemic problems, including very complex & stressful ones, and can be practiced with and without a coach. It is used in organisations to improve interpersonal communication and resolve tensions through in-the-flow-of-work interventions. Also, because it is based on a simple yet deep non-interpretive listening technique, it is often reported as having comparable benefits to mindfulness practices -- meditation, yoga, breathwork, etc. -- such as stress reduction & improved emotional regulation.

Since its inception in 2017 by our founder Seb Dupuis, the method has grown to include a wide range of individual and collective techniques, many of which can be learned through online and in-person training programs.
